Supplier Forms

The Supplier forms can be modified to best meet your Inspection Management requirements:

The Forms Designer solution is used to modify default Inspection Management forms as well as create new forms for your inspection workflow. Forms Designer provides the ability to create new applications or redesign the existing Best Practices default forms to meet industry requirements, diverse products demands, and changing organizational needs.

Forms Designer also allows functional administrators to incorporate other business processes to be compliant and integrate with SmartSolve. From simple property changes, to creating dynamic pages, managing translations and drag-and-drop form controls, Forms Designer puts the power of flexibility into the hands of each functional administrator.

The following default forms are available for modification with the process:

• INSPM_SUPPLIER_INITIATE
• SS_SUPPLIER_CHANGETASKOWNER
• SS_SUPPLIER_AMENDSTEP
• SS_SUPPLIER_DETAIL
• INSPM_SUPPLIER_CHANGE_STATE
• INSPM_RE_RUN_RATING
• INSPM_SUPPLIER_SIGNOFF_CANCEL_BUTTONS
• INSPM_MANAGE_SCHEDULE

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to Forms Designer administrators:

Rights	Description
FORMS_DESIGN	Allows an administrator to access the Forms Designer workspace. This right is already included in the default rights group called Designer Group.
FORMS_USE	Allows the administrator to preview forms in the Forms Designer. This right is already included in the default rights group called Forms Designer Group.
